Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 31, 2026
Dear Users, thank you for choosing FeelsTV Overseas Short-Drama Platform (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform” or “We”).
Protecting user data security and privacy is a core principle of our operation. This Privacy Policy explains how We collect, use, store and safeguard your information while you use FeelsTV services.
By tapping “Agree”, registering an account, logging in, accessing or otherwise using the Platform’s services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and consented to all terms of this Policy.
1. Scope and Methods of Data Collection
To ensure stable operation and high-quality basic services of the Platform, we strictly adhere to the "minimum necessity" principle and only collect the following data required for business operation, without collecting any irrelevant information:
- Basic Device Information: When you first launch or wake up the application, the system will automatically obtain your device model, operating system version, application version, and unique device identifiers (such as IMEI, IDFA). Such information is only used to adapt to the software and hardware environment of different devices and ensure compatible and normal operation of the application.
- User Behavior Data: During your video viewing experience, the background will record short drama ID, watched episodes, single-episode viewing duration, and playback resume status to provide you with the breakpoint playback function. If the application exits abnormally, the system will automatically generate fault logs including error codes and crash time for our technical team to locate and fix technical issues.
- Network Status Information: When launching the application or switching video content, the system will real-time detect the current network connection type (such as 4G/5G/Wi-Fi) and protocol version. This aims to optimize video transmission strategies based on network conditions and prevent playback stuttering and loading failures.
- Identity Authentication Information: When you choose to log in via third-party accounts including Google, Apple, or Facebook, we will obtain your public profile information (including nickname, avatar, email address, and unique third-party identifier) through authorized third-party interfaces. The system will also record the authorization time and login device identifier. We only obtain identity matching information and will never acquire your third-party account passwords.
- Advertising Interaction Data: To sustain platform operation, we may collect ad display records, click behaviors, anonymous device identifiers (such as IDFA, AAID), and exposure frequency through authorized partners (e.g., Google AdMob, AppLovin). Such data is exclusively used for ad attribution, anti-fraud verification, and personalized recommendation optimization.
- Clipboard Content: The system will temporarily access clipboard content only when you actively trigger copy/paste functions in the app to improve operational convenience (e.g., pasting invitation codes). We promise not to silently monitor the clipboard in the background or collect or share any sensitive clipboard information with third parties.
2. Data Usage Rules
- All collected data is solely used to improve service quality and optimize user experience, with specific application scenarios as follows:
- Device Adaptation Optimization: Based on collected terminal information, we dynamically adjust video decoding schemes and application operating parameters to resolve device compatibility issues and ensure clear and stable video playback.
- Technical Troubleshooting: We analyze crash logs and operating data to quickly identify technical vulnerabilities, implement timely repairs and version iterations, and guarantee the overall operational stability of the Platform.
- Basic Service Guarantee: We utilize playback progress markers and viewing behavior data to provide convenient functions such as resume playback and viewing history queries, ensuring a continuous and smooth viewing experience.
- Identity Recognition and Account Management: Third-party account identifiers are used to confirm user uniqueness, bind accounts, and prevent duplicate registration. This also enables seamless recovery of your viewing history, task data, and reward records when you switch devices.
- Advertising Service Optimization: Based on advertising identifiers and interaction behaviors, we display third-party advertisements that may match your interests (without using sensitive personal information for precise targeting), reduce irrelevant ad interference, and support platform anti-fraud mechanisms.
- Security Risk Control System: We integrate device identifiers and login records to detect abnormal login behaviors (e.g., login from unfamiliar devices or different regions) and fix technical bugs via crash logs to reduce flash crashes and data exceptions, ensuring service stability.
3. Data Storage and Security Protection
- Storage Location: To meet service deployment requirements, your data may be stored in legal data centers worldwide (including domestic and overseas nodes). Your continued use of the Platform services constitutes your consent to cross-border storage and transmission of such data.
- Multi-layer Security Protection: We have established a comprehensive security protection system, including SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission, RBAC permission control for data access, and network firewall protection, to prevent unauthorized access, theft, and tampering of user data to the maximum extent.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure Restrictions
- To provide quick login, advertising, and product optimization services, we may authorize compliant third-party service providers to process user data. We strictly abide by the principles of "minimum necessity and purpose limitation" and stipulate and supervise their privacy protection obligations via formal agreements. Specific sharing rules are as follows:
- Quick Login Service: We share only third-party account unique identifiers and authorization time with Google, Apple, Facebook, etc., solely for identity verification, without sharing non-essential information (e.g., friend lists).
- Advertising Service: We share device advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID), ad interaction data, and basic device information with AdMob, AppLovin and other ad partners for ad delivery and anti-fraud purposes only.
- Data Analysis: We share anonymized and de-identified usage data (e.g., app usage duration, crash logs) with data service providers exclusively for product optimization, which cannot be used to identify any individual user.
Data Protection Commitment
- Without your explicit authorization, we will never sell, trade, or publicly disclose your personal information to third parties, except for the scenarios specified in this Policy.
- Legal Disclosure Exceptions
- We may provide necessary user data to competent authorities without prior user consent under the following legal circumstances:
- Responding to judicial summonses and court judgments;
- Complying with administrative law enforcement orders and relevant laws and regulations;
- Protecting legitimate rights and interests, personal safety of users, or public interests;
- Fulfilling statutory obligations such as anti-money laundering and anti-fraud.
5. User Rights and Exercise Methods

- Right to Know and Access: You may review this Privacy Policy at any time to understand the scope, purpose and processing methods of data collection, and inquire about the processing status of your personal data through official channels.
- Right to Withdraw Authorization: You may disable specific data collection permissions through the permission management interface of your device system. To completely terminate data collection, you may uninstall the application. Uninstallation will stop all new data collection, and stored data will be processed in accordance with this Policy and legal requirements.
- Right to Correction and Deletion: You may apply to correct your personal data if any information is incorrect, or apply to delete your personal data if you no longer use the Platform (except for data required to be retained by laws and regulations).

- We will not intentionally collect personal information from minors. If legal guardians find that minors have used the Platform and had their data collected without authorization, please contact us promptly. We will verify the situation and permanently delete the relevant minor data immediately.
7. Privacy Policy Revision and Notification
- We will dynamically update this Policy in response to business development and legal requirement changes. The revised Policy shall take effect upon release. We will update the Last Updated Date at the top of this Policy for public notification. You are recommended to check the Policy regularly. Your continued use of the Platform after policy revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
