1. Acceptance of Terms

1. Welcome to FeelsTV. We strive to deliver premium overseas short drama content and reliable viewing experience for You. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between You, Us and our affiliated entities governing your use of FeelsTV services (the “Services”).
2. Prior to accessing the Services, please read and fully understand all provisions herein as well as the FeelsTV Privacy Policy. Your download, installation, launch, account registration or any use of the Application shall conclusively signify your full acknowledgment, understanding and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and the FeelsTV Privacy Policy.
3. If You disagree with any clause of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, You must immediately cease all downloading, installation and use of the Application and related Services.

2. Service Scope & User Code of Conduct

2.1 Service Coverage

The Services consist of free online video streaming. You may browse, search and watch lawfully licensed overseas short drama content via the Application, alongside core built-in features including watch history, playback resume and video quality adjustment.

2.2 Geographical Restrictions Based on Copyright

Certain short drama content is subject to territorial copyright licensing constraints and local regulatory requirements, hence accessible only in designated countries or regions. We may implement geo-blocking via IP location identification and related technologies. You agree not to bypass such restrictions through VPN, proxy, circumvention tools or other location-spoofing means prohibited by applicable law.

Without our prior written consent, You shall not engage in any of the following conduct:

• Retrieve Application data or disrupt normal service operation via plug-ins, automated scripts, crawlers, emulators or any unofficial third-party tools;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the Application, or crack DRM copyright protection and other built-in security mechanisms;
• Alter the Application UI, remove watermarks/copyright markings, or replicate our interface design and branding elements to develop competing applications;
• Utilize the Application for commercial promotion, illegal traffic diversion, fraud or any unlawful activities;
• Post content that is illegal, copyright-infringing, defamatory, obscene or otherwise violating any third party’s legal rights.

3. Eligibility & Minor Protection

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must satisfy the minimum legal age for digital service access in your jurisdiction:

• Users in most territories must be at least 13 years of age;
• Users located within the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) shall meet the locally prescribed minimum age under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), generally 16 years old or the statutory age set by relevant local legislation.

3.2 Minor Usage Rules

If You are a minor, You may only use the Services with explicit consent, supervision and guidance from your legal guardian, who shall bear full legal liability for your activities and resulting consequences.

Should You commit any intellectual property infringement, We reserve the right to take remedies including without limitation account suspension, content removal and access restriction, together with all rights to pursue legal remedies and monetary compensation.

5. Service Warranties & Disclaimer of Liability

5.1 Service Commitment

We shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain stable, secure and available Services, but make no express or implied warranty of uninterrupted, error-free operation or full conformity with your subjective expectations.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of:

• Temporary service suspension caused by server maintenance, network outage, technical upgrade, third-party service failure, statutory regulatory amendments or force majeure events;
• Losses resulting from user device malfunction, poor local network conditions, malware intrusion or improper user operation;
• Disputes or damages stemming from third-party advertisements, external hyperlinks or unaffiliated third-party content.We will attempt service restoration within reasonable scope under the above scenarios but shall bear no indemnification obligation.

6. Privacy Protection

1. We attach high priority to your personal data and privacy security, and collect, use, store and protect your personal information strictly in accordance with the FeelsTV Privacy Policy.
2. We may collect necessary data to enable core service functions and copyright management, including device identifiers, IP address and playback history, limited to the minimum scope required for service delivery.
3. We shall never sell your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, save for instances compelled by applicable laws or lawful disclosure orders issued by judicial or competent governmental authorities.

7. Amendment of Terms & Service Termination

7.1 Revision of Agreement

We reserve the right to revise these Terms to comply with updated laws, business adjustments or technical upgrades. Revised Terms will be published on designated in-App positions and take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Services after revision publication constitutes acceptance of updated Terms; if You object to amended clauses, You must discontinue all use promptly.

7.2 Termination of Service

• You may cease service usage and uninstall the Application at any time at your discretion;
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access where You breach these Terms, create material security risks or such termination is required by applicable regulatory compliance;
• All legal liabilities incurred by your prior breach of these Terms survive termination of Services.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms are governed by the substantive laws of your applicable jurisdiction (excluding conflict of law provisions). Mandatory statutory provisions prevailing in your local jurisdiction shall supersede inconsistent clauses herein.
2. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved via amicable negotiation. Failing mutual settlement, either party may institute legal proceedings before the competent people’s courts at the domicile of our operating entity.

9. Miscellaneous Provisions

1. These Terms, alongside the FeelsTV Privacy Policy and supplementary published rules, constitute the entire binding agreement between You and Us for the Services. Matters unaddressed herein shall be governed by applicable prevailing laws.
2. Should any single clause of these Terms be ruled invalid or unenforceable by competent judicial authority, the validity and enforceability of remaining clauses shall remain unaffected.
